At BulkRegister, we take security very seriously. It is a priority to us that your domains and services remain safe in your account available to you 24/7. And while our security is very robust, pitfalls such as weak passwords and malware acquired from other sites can compromise the safety of not only your BulkRegister account, but all of your online accounts.
With that in mind, here are some tips to keep your online experience safe:
- Use a unique and complex password. Do not use "password" or your username as the password.
- A combination of alphanumeric characters and symbols is best. These are the symbols that can be used for passwords at BulkRegister: * @ - _ . /
- If you have multiple BulkRegister accounts, please choose a unique password for each account.
- Do not use the same password for your email or hosting accounts, as you use for your BulkRegister account.
- Change your passwords frequently.
- If you are using a domain name that you control for the email address on your account, please do not allow the domain name to expire.
- Keep the registrar lock enabled on your domains.
- Be sure to select a Secret Question/Answer that only you are able to supply in case you forget your password.
- Only provide your login/password to colleagues and trusted family member that are authorized to access your account.
- When an employee leaves or is terminated, be sure to change your password and secret answer right away.

eNom and NameJet Partner to Offer .CO General Availability Pre-Order Service
Auction style service will provide a cost-effective alternative to .CO Landrush registration for NameJet customers
SANTA MONICA, Calif. – June 25, 2010 – eNom, Inc., the world’s largest ICANN accredited domain name wholesaler and accredited .CO registrar, today announced a partnership with NameJet, to offer a general availability (GA) pre-order bidding service for new .CO domain names, designed to improve its customers’ chances of obtaining desirable .CO domain names during the GA period, for less than Landrush registration prices.
During the pre-order period, which is now open and will remain open until July 19 at 11:00 pm EDT, potential registrants may place a bid for any non-registered .CO domain name for $39.00, which includes the application fee and one-year registration fee. If more than one potential registrant bids for the same .CO domain name the bids will be entered into a transparent auction format allowing potential registrants to see other bids and to raise their own accordingly.
Once .CO GA opens, NameJet’s proprietary auction platform swings into action, utilizing a multitude of resources to attempt to register the desired domains more efficiently than an individual and thus optimizing each participant’s chances of securing the domain name they want. Auction participants who do not win their choice of domain name will not be charged their initial bid amount.

In anticipation of the upcoming Landrush for .CO domains beginning on June 21 2010, we are posting our upcoming pricing for registrations during this exciting TLD launch!
The fees to register a .CO during Landrush is as follows:
Application fee per domain $10.00
Registration fee per domain $250.00 Premium, $300.00 Basic
During Landrush, applications may be submitted for any domain not previously registered through the Grandfathering and Sunrise phases. An auction process will be used if more than one applicant applies for the same domain.
There are no registration restrictions during Landrush, anyone from anywhere is free to register a .CO once Landrush begins.

.CO Sunrise B Begins!
Having successfully supported the .CO Grandfather phase and Sunrise A, which ended March 31 and April 20, respectively, BulkRegister is now looking forward to the launch of Sunrise B, which extends from April 26-June 10. The Sunrise B phase provides global trademark holders with the opportunity to apply for 2nd level domains prior to the Landrush and General Availability periods.
Following strong interest in the Sunrise A phase, BulkRegister expects further in Sunrise B.
